Complaints and Suggestions Mechanism:
At Nawa Center for Training, our clients are our top priority, and we strive to provide high-quality services to meet their needs in accordance with systems and training standards. We are happy to respond to any complaints or suggestions and to respond to any requests for contact as soon as possible via the following communication channels:

Complaints Handling Mechanism:
1. Complaints can be submitted through the available channels, with the necessary information and contact numbers provided.
2. The complaint is recorded and referred to the relevant department.
3. A specialized team inquires about the complaint by contacting the complainant within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
4. The problem is solved and the necessary action is taken if the complaint is found to be valid, and the complainant is informed of the actions taken to                 resolve the complaint.
5. The management contacts the complainant by phone.
6. Regular reviews of all complaints are conducted, and they are analyzed and studied to identify opportunities for improvement and development.                        The management follows up on those opportunities with the relevant units.
    Suggestions Handling Mechanism:
1. Suggestions can be submitted through the available channels, with the necessary information and contact numbers provided.
2. The suggestion is recorded and referred to the relevant department.
3. The person who submitted the suggestion may be contacted if additional details are required.
4. The possibility of implementing the suggestion is studied by the relevant department, and it is implemented if it is found to be suitable and achieves the center's objectives.
5. The person who submitted the suggestion is contacted to thank them.
